Very Relaxing company

Very relaxed company Very nice people No perks but very fun and chilled company Flexi hours 8 hrs day including lunch The hardest thing is growing in the company or salary increase. There is no hierarchy really, so it’s difficult to be promoted since it’s a small company. Lots of learning to be done and everyone is encouraging

Cons: No growth and perks
