My experience

What I like about my company was everyone is working hard to improve them self and try to do the right thing that will work with both our management. Sometime is can be hard but we as workers make it simply for us to though the day.my relationship with my co workers was a greater one .what I learn is the most important thing is when you want something go for every job has a challenges. My joy was the challenges that they give us each and every day.most challenge is when they promote you to do something new and you still do the best work ever.

Great learning oppurtunity for career development and growth within the industry

Running the receiving, checking all invoices of goods being received, ensuring the yard is clear and goods are cleared at end of day. Teamwork is the order of the day, hard work however if everyone pulls their weight the work gets done. I stretch my limits and think out of the box. Most challenging is the long hours spent at work away from family ensuring receiving runs smoothly and all deadlines reached before COB and the danger of locking up.

Pros: Great learning oppurtunity for career development and growth within the industry by being in a leadership role
Cons: Long working hours, late nights at office and having to lock up is a safety hazard
