Excellent learning organisation

a typical day at work is amazing, i make tour bookings for groups, specifically and mostly work with school children. my relation with co-workers is very good, i get along with both the superiors and those at the same level as myself. i have truly learned a lot throughout the duration i have spend time at the museum and currently, just to mention a few aspects of the importance of professionalism. i enjoy being at work, answering of phone calls, make bookings for the enquired schools and lastly finalise their bookings by giving them a booking confirmation . the most challenging part is when the schools do not pitch at the dsy of tour, due to the museum and me as the administrator have finalised everything.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: when the groups do not pitch without making any sort of cancellation of tour

Team player, highly motivated, good communication skills.

I have experience in administration, good with bookings, good telephone etiquette and customer service skills, I'm highly motivated wiiling to take new responsibilities and challenges. I'm a good team player who can contribute her talent in the Travel and Tourism industry. My Diploma in Tourism Management can add as an advantage. I also learnt to be proffesional and punctual, love my work and become enthusiastic about with my duties. Also getting my duties done for the day. If maybe there's a delay, tommorrow morning i start where i left because i learnt not to keep customers waiting too long, and that a customer is always right, and be trreated fairly with respect.

Pros: great oppttunity for experience in administration and consultant
Cons: chances of getting poromoted were very slim
