Pros: When making target you get an incentive.
Cons: Long working hours, working 3 weekends a month only 1 weekend off a month, no medical aid and no bonus and 13th cheque.

How to work in a team and under pressure

At prestige I learnt how to deal with different characters in a since of how to speak to people, how to approach them. I also learnt how to work under pressure and present myself well. I also learnt mainly how important team work is. At mountain road primary school I learnt how to work with time and I took on any duties and responsibilities given to me. I as well layed my foundation here in terms of administration, and this is where I feel most comfortable. I am looking to broaden my horizons.

Pros: Team work, foundation in admin, peoples person, etc
Cons: Long hours (promotion)

Excellent stepping stone

Been with prestige for 14 years with broken service of two years . I always loved how they treated there employees you felt more as family than a staff member.

Pros: Get to work with international brands
Cons: Long hours and every second weekend
