Highly motivated and hard working individual always willing to learn and grow.

Typical my day starts when I come in at work at 6:30 to 7:00 I greet co-workers and I clock in then change into my uniform, then I go to my supervisor to get an update on any new task that needs any attention. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have how communication is important, time management and planning and organizing. I enjoy connecting with the people I work and the clients we work for because after hearing their stories it shatters the perception you had on them. The days when you have limited staff and resources and you have a limited time frame are the stressful times and the most exciting to be honest.

Pros: Opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons: Job safety.

GOOD

I am working at an Old age hospital at SANDRINGHARM GARDENS, working with sometimes mentally ill alders is a challenging curve in my work as well as leaning process but its just another day at work as well as helping a person in need of you even sometimes it is not my work as i am a cleaner to care or assist in the nursing duties but i twice found my self in that situation where am purposes to help. we all do what we have to do on daily.I am looking for other opportunities not because i cant handle but need to explore my other options around the cleaning industry.

Pros: no great opportunities
Cons: long working hours

EPERIENCE of My Life

Great working environment had a great relationship with my boss my manager and my supervisor. I met so many different people with different backgroung but we had a common goal in life to do better and go ahead in life succeed. That where I met my best friend I had a great relationship with my co-workers, there are times were we work under pressure and finish the job. There are times were it became emotionally challenging were we will lose a patient we will work together with the nurses and clean that room the patient was sleeping in especial if you had some kind of a relationship with the patient, it will be so emotional that's when you realize life is so important enjoy life while you still can and appreciate people my job made me love people even more.

Pros: Great opportunity to meet new people
Cons: Long working hours even nights
