I have gained growth and maturity from this position as I've had to deal with different cultures.

I have worked for Presidential Group for 5-6 years. I would say they gave me the best experience ever. I have worked in different stores which sold different types of clothes and jewellery. This started as a bit of a challenge because we were not allowed to work in one store so you needed to love what you do instead of what you were selling as you would be moved at any time they wanted. As the monthd went by I started to enjoy my work and I was now comfortable with being moved around which really developed me as a person so I had different types of experience in one company which was awesome. I got along very well my colleague we had a very good working relationship. We were now a family as well have gotten to know each other personally . Leaving the company was not really hard but one has to grow and look for greener pastures.

A person who works with no strict supervison

My current company is one of the best companies that i have i worked for so far. Nevertheless there is no water without a frog. All my days are are always busy as i am the stock controller for 20 store national (SA). A good leader always lead by an example, that is me, I always enjoy new challenges, my Opps Director is the one of the hardest bosses that i have worked with. Everyday brings it's own challenges, as i have to open and updates 42 stock takes every month.

Pros: When i start something, i need it done before jumping to the new phase
Cons: Starting my work from 6 am to 6 pm though i only get paid to work 8 hours
