Good customer service

While I was working at President I learnt that it is very important to be kind ,loving and giving a good service forwards your guests. I was not permanent there I was being called only when there is a function to come and help. I have learnt how to keep a place neat and to be always alert with a smile in your face .Even though I was not permanent I was always the first on to be called when its busy because I am a fast learner I already know what to do when m there without even asking to anyone,I am fast and I always make sure everything is done on time even if the is more guests than i thought I always manage tell with the help of friendly stuff and managers I liked to work with them. I always like to socialise in order something new. In all by you employing me you will never regret it,I promise to show you the best of me.

Pros: They always telling me that if I keep working like this I will be the first one to know when there is permanent vacancy for they need someone like me
Cons: They always book me for double shift

I am a very passionate and experienced Learning and development manager,

Training daily mentoring no problem with co workers but you always get the od one that is direspectful Working in the hospitality I develop a passion for providing top quality customer service, and contributing to a memorable experience.(WOW Factor) While leading a team I have always encourage to pass on these values to other staff members. Plus I am well trained in Safety, Fire Fighting and Sea Rescue due to frequent Safety drills aboard, and I have Safety Certificates like STCW, Crowd Management, Security Awareness, First Aid, Crisis Management and basic HR, as well I have obtained my NQF SETA assessor/facilitator and mentor, including my position and Passion as a Quality manager. (LQA)
