Challenging and interesting environment

Working at Prepaid24 has taught me a lot. The working environment is fun never a dull moment my relationship with my colleagues is really good we all work well in a team and always avail ourselves to lift and assist each other. The knowledge I have gained is phenomenal, starting from the specifications of the product we provide and how to assist clients efficiently yet professional at the same time. I enjoy the environment and the challenge that comes with the problem solving of failed transactions. The most challenging is at month end and trying to keep up with the work load , doing all the bank imports on time. Concentration is very important as we work with live money.

Pros: There's is a lot of room for learning something new everyday
Cons: Shift hours, no lunch break, work long workin hours,theres no salary increase or benefits offered.

Excellent learning curve

Love working there Great working enviroment Great relationship with co workers, when you walk in the office it does not feel you are entering a workplace but rather to your second home....I learned alot about others and myself..things i didnt know i was capable of got awoken at Prepaid24
