To be an SHEQ-Manager takes dedication , with this comes responsibility,commitment and self drive. Safety is a life stile that ensure that you sent your employees home in the same condition as they arrived at work this morning . I love my "job". There is nothing more satisfying to reach safety or a quality benchmark and that employees and your employee tap you on the shoulders "well done" . Care for people and listen to them is a great skill but u also need to be firm in your dissension making your yes is your yes and no stays no . I have great people skills this i have develop and master during my time as a teacher and safety consultant .

Pros: Seeing vsmile on worker and employers faces in getting to your goal that you committed to.
Cons: People attitude

Was good learning curve

It was interesting But there was a few challenge which we sorted after dicussing what woulbe the best way to tackle the tast at hand. I got well on with the people and worked good as a team. I gained experience on most off the stuff.

Pros: you learn everyday somthing new
Cons: rate of pay to little

Learning things every day

I gained experience in construction and installation and pipe fitting and a little bit about civils . My relationship with co workers is good we communicate alot. Everything is a challenge with every task you do so a typical task is interesting . I enjoy the boilermaking part of my job as it is what i am qualified at i love a challenge

Pros: Its a learning curve
Cons: The cons are for the amount of different tasks is to much for the pay i earn

Opportunity for learning and growing as a skilled worker in the trade

Good place to work learnt alot unfortunately the company is not getting any work in so for that reason my contract ended and I'm now available to work at a new company

Pros: Good environment and good people to work with
Cons: Unorganized and very stingy company
