Dear Hiring Manager, As my resume indicates, I have roughly eight years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. I have worked as an assistant either to a department, single individual or multiple individuals in separate departments. I am sure you are aware of the flexibility, focus and diplomacy such positions require. I want to bring the knowledge and insight gained through these various experiences. In my past and current positions I have gained experience in research, writing reports, , administrating grants, and much more. Combine all of this experience with my natural talents (analytical problem solving, logistical planning, and research) and with my work ethic you have a well-rounded candidate you will be proud to have on your staff. Increased my networking pool with relevant people across the various industries eg medical

Ensuring that I source and place the best health care professionals at the City of Cape Town and other Senior General recruitment efficiently. Maintaining sound professional relationships with clients ; senior health care professionals eg Medical Officers; Pharmacist etc. Prospecting for business at Private clients Surgeries; Pharmacies ; Private Hospitals etc and placing suitable candidates I place high value on mutual respect with co-workers through communication; listening and empathy. Your "internal client" is almost as important as external client. I have learnt a completely new skill set and in an unknown industry. May i add that I had no training was thrown in the deep end to provide locums and was able to do so effectively. I thoroughly enjoy the client and candidate interactions and I find great job satisfaction in providing the service within the industry The culture of company is not conducive to productivity, very little teamwork
