I really enjoyed in FMCG, with good , understanding workers since i tought them sharing knowledge with others, believing in team work spirit, to love and adores your job always no matter what. i have learnt trickiness of warehouse, stock reconciliation (Desptch Recon) ,staff management, invetory managemnet, presentations (INNVOCOM) and different system applications, even working under more pressure. I enjoy doing my job, teaching other employees about different aspects of Warehouse and the kind of relationship we have with my seniors , admin department, Production and distribution departments. Helping people with different problems because it really brings joy to me when i see someone smiling because of me. The most challenging aspects of my job when theres break down in production department which obviously affect the entire operation and recovery afterward which requires me to know which site of my job i need to tackle first prioritising is my best solution ever.

Production Manager

my job is to provide others with a clear direction. Sets appropriate standards of behavior. Participants work appropriately and fairly. Motivate and empower others. Adopt to the team and build team spirit, develop and openly communicates self-insight, such as an awareness of own strengths and weaknesses. I have learn to make effective use of political processes to influence and persuade others. I enjoy planning and organizing activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances. identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks. the most challenging aspects of the job is work productively in a high-pressure environment and keep emotions under control during difficult situations.

Excellent learning curve skills,cultur and growth

Excellent Goal driven company peoples skills and remarkable Culture. Typical work day would startat 07:30 and end at 16:00 (Depending on deadlines that need to be done on hand. Open planned affice and its sales we are all loud and always a jocker on board. What i have learnt the most is that no matter how tough things are always smile yor team mate might be going thru the same or even something harder. Never do to anyone that you dont whant done to your self and always stay positive in the toughest time the rewatd is greater. My challenging part of this job is been keeping up with the structure changes thats been taking place.

It a good company that seek an excellence

It is a good company to work for learning everything new every day and interact with customers. I just seek for something different. my relationship with my Co worker is very good because whenever I know something in trade they are willing to help that we have an ex allan execution on delivering good job. I have learned that patience pays off and good communication leads to an excellence convincing my client and offer best service. challenges I encounter with is only a pressure that I have to to 700+stores alone as a lady.

Excellent experience but bad supervisor up untill site manager.

Bad supervisor up untill site manager. A lot of criminal things going on even from the site manager . People are scared to speak up because of victimization

Love what I do

Good day, I am a hardworking individual who loves what I do. I enjoy working with people and all the challenges that goes along with that. I have a head for figures and that is where my passion for working in finance comes from. I enjoy new challenges and give my best in what I do, if I put my head on something I go that extra mile to get there.

Excellent ways of learning and wrking

Great working environment with something new happening each and every day, great working relationship with my team, stakeholders and external agencies which is something I enjoy the most. Working to achieve one goal it is key for any growth of a company and individual although challenges might occur, we work together to overcome and reach one goal
