No growing opportunity

Working for this company has been a great learning experiences. I worked for the company previously. I have learned alot. I have a great working relationship with all my co workers. My day starts with opening up the offices and switching on everyones computers. Get the kettel going and have a quick chat with those who come in early. Take the daily register issue ppe petty cash job cards and so on. The rest of the day depends on what needs to be done that day. Making up over time doing fortnight wages invoicing filling making and taking calls. Some days the boss will sit in my office and we would just chat about what ever. But. There is alot more growing potential which the boss will not acknowledge.

Pros: Its close to home.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
