Premier Foods FMCG Reviews

I have learned a lot on this department of engineering since 2015

Working at my company it was a good experience working with different departments but with one goal and working under pressure because our product is live so when we have a breakdown we have to do the job correctly and quickly so that we can save a product which was a team work

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long hours

Good plant exposure

Good company but a lot of hard work. It can be very easy to hurt yourself if you are not careful or sustained a life long injury. Management does care about you and your peers become your family. You constantly work.

Pros: Workers become family, management with good morality and people-skills, good work culture, free products, exposure to the corporate side of things even if you're a menial labourer
Cons: Long hours, very hard work, constantly busy with a task, a lot of safety hazards, little chance of promotion, less graduate programmes

Breakdowns, plan vehicle maintenance. I like the pressure that the workshop give every day.

The Middelburg branch is closing. Its a great company to work for. There is a lot of pressure and deadlines, but its something I do like.I looked after Nelspruit and Polokwane's transport as well. In total there were 130 vehicles that I looked after. Its a great company to work for. Its a FMCG and a very deadline company.

Pros: Growth
Cons: 24/7 working hours
