Excellent learning curve
The company has many opportunities to uplift it's workers and I find it very nice to work for. The Fundamentals training and invocom training I attended gave me more insight on how to been a B-style leader .sometimes the challenges we would face are when not getting trucks out on time at the workshop because of spares

Room for improvements
I have a very busy work day I am working in the accounting department so everything should be accurate and correct. I have a excellent work relationship with my Co-workers you spend most of your time at work so they should be like your second family. We learn a lot we go on trainings so we have a lot we can do and still learn we learn everyday new things. what I enjoy the most of my work is working with customers having that relationship with your customers is very important. the most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with the managers of head office over the phone I do not like to explain thing over the phone I like to look people in the eyes because I believe eye contact is very important in any relationship

I am person who is so of fond of work particular in archieving the targets or goals
to work in my company is enjoyable, it is like I am at home my daily job is so challenging but I overcome my challenges because the workers I work with are so. helpful. my company has taught me a lot like furthering my knowledge diplomatic wise . things I enjoy the most is to see us archeiving our goals and targets always. the most challenging things when we receive poor quality of ingredients by that time you are being challenged of what you know.

I'm a very well spoken person always facing with the challenges.
I'm a very interesting person always facing the the challenge .I was in a big company producing flour and baking bread distribution of flour to the different customers like .Unilever , National brand and Bb bakeries.

NPD Technologist
The current company is good but I'm looking for career growth. I've learnt a lot about FMCG companies how the operate which was a great move for my career. I 'm responsible for Bread, BTU (in house bakery brand), Maize categories and I have a good relation with people as I visit sites and interact with different departments (sales, production, technical).

Great company to work for but it needs black people to lead
The company is too much colour based and they only give white people a chance to grow. I learnt a lot about the industry, in these three years I have spent here. I enjoyed before I got to see the true colour's of the people and It needs people who are going to award hard work rather than have a leader because he is white

Racial discrimination and abuse of power is the key values of the company
All promotion opportunities are given to white people who are unqualified, no experience on that particular and is based on how well the suck up to the bosses or who they know in head office. Black employees are nothing but a BEE status, yet the majority is qualified and experienced but their voices and suggestion is never heard. If it is a good idea that comes from a black employee then they (being the white bosses) will brush it of when the employee proposes it and then take it and propose it couple of weeks later, as their genius idea. The company advertises posts and states "must be confident and outspoken" when you start working for the company being exactly that they will criticize you and call you arrogant, because a black person is not supposed to be confident or stand up for themselves in Premier.
