I have learned fo work with many characters in the field that im working at

I work with sales at all time I have learned that in order to do sales u have to select the selling product and make sure u always have that particular product and those product that doesn't do well u have to make it your best priority to make other people how important it is to your buyers. I enjoy making people to listen to me and convince them how good is the product.I have a good relationship with my coworkers because I always bring light and smile in their faces. I enjoy what I'm doing because I love working with different people and from different races.The challenging part of my job is when I'm not doing sales and I find it hard to make sales but in the end I always have a plan to make sales no matter how hard it is

Pros: i will envy the promotion and grap it with my own to hands and make it successful
Cons: i always go extra i donr have problem with time because time wait for no man

I'm Currently working with a team of people and I always make sure that we set goals that we have to achieve each and everyday,we have a great team not because we work together but have builded trust towards each other.I have learner that you need targets and u have to reach them and u need to think out of the box because you always meet different kind of people eavh and everyday.the most challenging job is ehrn u get across a difficult customer that doesnt wanna listen or see things in your way

Pros: i work hard and im a self driven individual
Cons: i can walk long hours
