Start working at 6 in the morning, helping people before going underground, sort out leave, sick leave etc, good communication between co workers, learned to just understand mine language, most challenging for me to be active at six in the morning and assist people before going underground, good communication between site manager, manager of shafts, can act professional and down to earth with different people

Pros: Always acting professional and friendly
Cons: Long working hours for long period
