Great Stepping Stone

A Typical Work day starts at 7 AM clocking in. 10 min break @ 9 AM & 3 PM with a half an hour lunch at 12. Factory Culture is required to keep working non stop and being watched on camera 24/7. Every thing evolves around Rand's and cents and no Ergonomic are being applied anywhere, circumstances are tough to get used to and pressure is always coming from top management.

Great for a family guy but not to build a career

Arrive every day @ 7 sharp Clock in and clock out at 4:15 Everything drives around a bell ringing. Employees morals are very low and it is every man for himself.

Cons: No Leave during the year
