Instilling a culture of exceptional Asset Care Management by working on Focused and Continuous Improvement Projects. During the time I spent at this client I was involved in, amongst other, the following tasks: Process mapping: Developing business procedures (MS Visio, MS Word) and continuously improving it by means of internal auditing. Workforce re-profiling of Admin Staff’s responsibilities Tender specifications: I was involved in compiling tender specifications for Festive Lighting and Gas Tender specifications. Implementing and monitoring the Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO 14001 and 9001 Planning and Scheduling of Maintenance Plans as well as work planning and Control: Data Analysis, designing excel control sheets to make work flow easy and controlled to create a pleasant and efficient workplace leading to increased productivity.

Great learning opportunities
My duties was to assist the supply chain administrator with admin. I would approve invoices and deal with queries from contractors. I would update documents for databases and send out reports. I would sometimes assist in the call center when they are short staffed with taking calls and logging admin. The best part of being an intern at Pragma is the the ability to learn new things everyday. I would help out in different departments and that made it interesting because I would be exposed to many facets of Pragma. The culture of the company was open door policy, I could always voice my opinion and ask for advice.

My current position
I currently working for Pragma a engineering company in Bellville . Our company specialize in asset management. I work in the Shell FMC division as a project coordinator leasing with contractors, overseeing all Shell commercial projects ,dealing with Shell retailers,contractors.I enjoy working with people and working as a project coordinator learning something new every day.Im a team player and enjoy exchanging new ideas and working together to solve a problem if one should occur. Regards

Excellent learning Curve

Daily team engagement to steer efforts and guide morale, initiate innovation, collaborate between departments. Keep every day interesting and challenge historical protocol. Minor challenges around my OCD on having deliverables perfect and effective as possible. I love the different challenges everyday presents, which ensure I stay at the forefront of the learning curve.
Pros: I love the automotive environment. Improvement initiatives and value add really drives me.
Cons: Absolutely no cons. Will receive retrenchment notice in March 2021.

Learning different skills
Work for Pragma(prevously sfi) for me is good and i am learning everyday different skills and i am enjoying it.there are differences which there will always be but as a unit we work great together.

I have passion for people my main goal is to work with people.
My typical work day it starts at 8H00, but I always here at 7H30 to avoid traffic on the road. What I do is do my last day time sheet and quality check in the morning just before I start working. My colleagues are such a lovely bunch that makes me to wont to come to work even on my leave days, fun to be around then always have some jokes to share. I have learned a lot that we as people are different and we can always compromise and not loose ourselves to blend with others. I really love the social part of the company we rock. When backlog hits us its not funny we work under pressure but that makes me more stronger, because it brings out the best in me.

Pragma
My work day consists of capturing 4 to 5 companies job cards as accurately and speedily as possible . Very good relationship. How to work with different personalities on a daily basis. The "family" feel that that company promotes. Being the only Data Capturer with 4/5 companies to capture for on a deadline.
Pros: Incentives like Profit share, Value Add Ambassador
Cons: They dont pay overtime and dont acknowledge it.
