I am very much enjoying in this company because i liked tourism since i was in secondary school,sometimes when the clients come for inquiry about the destinations that they would like to go i act as travel adviser,one of the most challenging tasks i have ever come across was to deal with unsatisfied customers but ever since that day i can be able to deal with unsatisfied customers tactfully,my daily duties here includes answering calls,typing quotations,attending to emails and also make all the bookings including flights and accommodation
