Great Learning curve

On a regular day, i do travel for the engineers (accommodation, flights, Forex etc), make out invoices on SAP and generate orders, while also managing the Executives diary, screening calls, organising divisional meetings and taking minutes within the meetings. We are a very close team and my colleagues find it easy to communicate with me and ask for my assistance. I have learned to be a team player and also to not limit myself in terms of what i can do in job description. I enjoy working with a team of people with different backgrounds and cultures cause you learn more about people.

Unemployed. Was only on Contract

My company was and will always be like my home. Very good relationship with colluegess because without eachother on my own you cannot do the best, solve queries you need other to solve the queries. Have learn that teamwork are the most important because work get done quickly and correct, some you can do on your own. Enjoy to always be able to reach my deadline in time. Doesn't matter how but I will. Solve queries as quickly as possible. I am sad to not working for Denel anymore but they have difficulties in the moment and cannot employed me permanent.

Pros: No was stuck but I enjoy my work as Snr Creditors Clerk very much
Cons: Shouldn't stay so long at one place because now have to move to the world outside where I was very happy.

Hard worker

Enjoy collecting from customers

sending of invoices on a daily basis, then attend to emails that was sent the previous day which mostly are queries from customers. I have maintained a good and stable relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy resolving queries for my customers and manage to make them pay over a query that started as a dispute. Collecting money from customers comes as a challenge, but the most of it is when customer is advising you that they do not have money to pay you as their suppliers did not pay them too. Not knowing when that money will come through, is a challenge on its own.

Great learning curve

Multi skilled and adaptable

I work in a pressure environment that delivers products and services that customers rely on to make their businesses successful. I have excellent relationships with co-workers as I am able to connect and interact with people of all ages, cultures and personalities. I have learnt to prioritise my workload in order to be more effcicient in delivering results and I have a grown in my ability to complete difficult projects on schedule and within tight budgets, while successfully dealing with pressure. I enjoy the fact that we as a company produce is a visible and lasting product of quality. The most challenging aspect of my work was dealing with IT concepts and technical issues with which I was unfamiliar when starting off with the company.

I believe a good working relationship with colleagues makes my job easier in that they will find it easier to approach me for any queries and i am also able to execute any job functions in time. I have learnt to be independent and make wise decision, the most important thing i have learnt from my manager is to think before i act or before i send out that e-mail. I enjoy the advise i receive from my colleagues and manager helping to be a better person professionally and personally.

Store controller

Morning my name is Melica Digoamaje working for powertech about 15years on store i am looking for the job because they are going to retrench us company have fail to get some of the contract from eskom & manicipality i like to work hard so that the company every month must reach the target given sometimes the advice how we can change something that we see is not suitable at the job we are doing be one the same at the company working togetether help each another team working , and i like to grow now from here to store manager i am now store officer for all this ten years

Pros: I need to grow after i have join this company to be now manager because i am now store officer
Cons: As i say to grow and be happy working together with each other work hard to show the company i have mean it
