Powertech Batteries Reviews

High paced organisation with interesting learning curve

After the successful completion of a number of project for Powertech Batteries as a consultant, I was appointed as the Quality and Process Manager in May 2014. With my experience in manufacturing operations around the world, I was requested to assist in improving production output and quality within the Assembly operation. As a result of my involvement within the operation, I was formally appointed as the Acting Production Manager for the Assembly operation in August 2014. As a result of the improvements within the Assembly operation and the production and quality constraints being experienced within the Plate Manufacturing operation, this function was also handed over to me and I was appointed as the Acting Production Manager of this function in February 2015. Since then, I have been responsible for all four of these portfolios.

Pros: good learning curve
Cons: 18 hour working day
