I have gain more exprience on how to make customers services, learn more about our customers.how to certifies our customers needs, i even learn how to win customers trust.i also know the most important thing that like by customers.1. Being friendly, 2 patient,3 loyalty 4 kindness and 5 don't show your weekness to our customers and know the slogan of sales that CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT.must always in uniform, time management,your department where you working at always clean even your uniform and you do not housekeep once you being told.you have to know you juty every day even once you work up, u must know what you work up for and go an do it,.once more if you did not done you work for yesterday first thing in the morning you fix it,have good communication with your colleagues and customers. If you have problem you don't have to make it for everyone you left it behind the door

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
I HAVE LEARNT A LOT AT POWER FASHION FACTORY .I HAVE LEARNT TO COMMUNICATION WELL WITH CUSTOMERS AND PEOPLE IN GENERAL, TILL SKILLS,FACE TO FACE INTERACTION WIT THE CUSTOMER, PROMOTION,BELL RINGING AT THE DOOR AS WELL AS DANCE MOVE AND SMILE AS THE CUSTOMER WALK IN THE STORE IT IS VERY INTERESTING AS THE CUSTOMER WILL FEEL L MORE IMPORTANT, AT OUT STORE WE SELL THE FEELING WHICH IS FASHION AT THE RIGHT PRICE,WE AS EMPLOYEE WE ADD VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, WE RESPECT OUR ASSETS.,WE GAURD OUR REPUTATION AND WE SERVE WITH HAPPY HEART

Ability to work under pressure
Dear Sir/Madam I wish to apply the position of shop assistant in pretoria that has been advertised on the internet. I have recently completed National certificate in safety in society from capricorn tvet college and computerised. In my current role as shop assistant at power fashion factory. I am responsible for counting the takings of the day. I am always busy but i would like to take my pride aside in completing the duties accurately and on time. I will always on time everytime, and i would respect my jobs. Apart from work and study, I am actively involve in soccer tournament with wide-state for more than five years. Pros: I try to guard our reputation the workplace.
Cons: I can work under pressure and i can go extra miles means that i can volunteer to work over time more than two hours per day.

Entertainment at work
Any typical work day has to be cheerful though including month end adrenaline is the way to go in terms of running the business and it also adds a clear relationship with the coworkers. I have learnt a lot from the company in terms of dealing with cash mostly that you need to be discrete, fast and have open eyes for any suspicious activity. I really enjoyed the customer relationship that you as an individual build regarding meeting customer satisfactory with a smile at all time. The most challenging aspect is reaching target even days where it is awfully quiet but with team work things happen.
Pros: Growth within the company
Cons: Long hours but limited payment

Excellent learning curve.
It is a great pleasure working for the Power fashion factory and i have also learnt a lot when it comes to the retail industry through this organisation. I am proud to say that i have gained experience of a working environment and have also learned a lot of customer service skills. We do a lot of promotions and also work as a team with my colleagues. We help out each other, at the tills, shop floor and also make sure that we have team spirit at all times. On Fridays we have what we call Friday fun , where we have a little fun activity going on also with other Power Fashion Factory stores. As a team we always strive to meet our daily targets.
Pros: I got a great opportunity in working with people and i am now familiar with how a working environment is.
Cons: We work long hours and also stand on our feet the whole time while on duty.

I had a great time of my experience at power fashion factory shop
It was great and motivating to work at this Company with some promotions if you work hard and being determined person. I enjoyed every minute being one of the companies employees which is more challenging because of the pressure by the number of the customers every day. I have a good relationship with my co-workers which we where treating each other with dignity and respect as like brothers and sisters.
Pros: promoted from sales assistant to the assistant mananger and from there to the store manager.
Cons: I am able to work long hours as all retails does and even working on sundays.
