The comply I work for is a family run corporate business

My day will start between 3.30am and 7.30am depending on where I am. My day will normally start at a customers shop. Where I would check there stock levals merchandise there shelves and train staff. That would be repeated all day While that's with happening our staff and customers would be phoning me for technical advice. I would also then incorporate site visits into my day where I would give specifications for the job or investigate and solve problems. 1 week out of my 4 week cycle I'm the National Training Facilitator. Where for that week I would be baced in JHB Capetown or Durban and surrounding areas Training our staff on company procedure and product. But focusing on retail out let's. I will often be in the our lab testing existing product against our competitor and our new products. I also do weekend and early morning contractor days educating end users on our products

I am a good fast learner.

I regard myself as dedicated,loyalty & ebullient to my field work. I love working with people, like challenges. I started at Powafix as a filling lady,got promotion as a Receptionist, after two years they promoted me as an internal sales coordinator, processing orders for customers, then I ended up to Admin office as an admin assistant: doing control sheet, handling petty cash, weekly wages, banking, sending parcels, ordering stationery for office.

Pros: Opportunity was great because I started as a filling lady only..
Cons: Its only 8 hrs.

Pleasant working condition with suitable working experience hours Management provides support in all aspects to junior employees Possible a place where one can learn more in terms of accountability and performance

I am a good fast learner.

I regard myself as dedicated, ebullient & loyal , love team work, fast learner& know how to handle pressure. I like challenges so that I can grow.Everyday I was doing Banking, controlling petty cash, doing control sheet, investigating returns from our customers before I credit them, weekly wages for warehouse staff, ordering stationary for office,ration packs for warehouse staff & make sure that everybody is happy.

Pros: Opportunity was great because I started as a filling lady only..

Great work experience

Have learnt a lot over the 6 years I have been here, started from matric, learned stock control, production planning, IT assist, managing staff, buying, computer skills. Daily processes include production planning, raw materials and packaging ordering, stock control, staff control, production line capacities.

Pros: Good growth in company to now
Cons: Not much, would say not always good working environment
