Good company lots to learn about customer services
Enjoyed working there we got each others back and the environment is great. I have learned a lot about problem solving, working under pressure but its great the team is always willing to assist. You get to build a strong relationship with the customers and they become your family.

Extensive customer service experience gained
I have learned to be patient and tolerant in order to deliver extensive customer services. I have developed strong interpersonal skills over the 11 I have worked at the post office. I have attention to detail, open minded and I'm a very hard worker. I have developed administration experience over the past years as it was part of my duty to assist in administration and office work especially in the absence of the branch manager. I have telephone etiquette as it was also part of the duty, problem solving skills as well

Brilliant learning curve also learnt so much about people
eye opening experience also learnt so much about people how they communicate. from all races. I realized have to look beyond the surfaces. not taking things personal rather do things for the greater good. when people attack your intelligence rather focus on the positive when they get intimidated be nice

Good learning curve
work as an data capture( creating textbooks orders for 4000 Limpopo schools) sometimes i work as an loader and sorter working with my my co-workers its so good because we always there for each other really learned i lots from this company especially the pressure and those long hours( working from 6am till 10pm) everyday but survived till today things are still going. Enjoy working and get rewarded for good things you did for there company and handling all challenges comes during working. the most challenging aspect of this job is where you have deadline with customer and the pressure start to strike forcing to work almost everyday for so long hours

Miss office, faxing, printing and customer service
While working for the Eshowe Post office I learned a lot about myself as a young woman and my fellow employee's there was a lot for me to learn in a working environment that required me to work fast and make sure that our clients/customers are pleased with our services and lives our office with a lot of satisfaction. Working with customers face to face on a daily basis requires good attitude a lovely smile and a lot of self control but most importantly it requires everyone to work together as team and have each others back.

Unstable
rollercoaster with on and off strikes. Working hours normally depends on the work load of the day. enjoyed the interaction between myself and the customers, also with fellow co-workers. Not knowing if tomorrow you'll have a job.

U always on your own without supervision
It is a big well known brand that's always expected to be ?? percent committed Everyday we collect mail and parcel to be sorted at very high speed and accuracy My relationship with my co workers was amazing because u must be a team I have learned to able to communicate with other people in all defferent races Enjoy to be in public Challenges you must make sure of accuracy and speed because u need to make sure you finished your daily we were working on give and take systems work
