I enjoy working with Numbers and solving diverse problems.

Positive bookkeeping is a very small company, there's 4 employees and we work well together. I've always wanted my first job to be in a small company because you get to learn a lot. From processing the cashbook n journals, balancing the accounts, processing, paying and finalizing the VAT and submitting to SARS, Processing the payroll and filing the EMP201, communicating with clients and setting up meetings. I enjoy solving complex problems we encounter and ensuring that everything balances. it gets hectic toward VAT payment period as I deal with different clients but I enjoy the challenge. although I wanted to start small, I would love to grow in the industry and there is no such an opportunity here.

Pros: An opportunity to learn everything about bookkeeping.
Cons: its a small company so there's no growth

Best learning curve

My Company is a very small company that we work from my bosses home ,is abit comfortable to work at,the people that i work with they are good people ,but sometimes it gets sour,like the first time i started working here ....it was not easy because i was still learning and making mistakes ....but the nice thing about it is that i learned.and now new people that comes i teach them the work because i understand that is hard not to know and people are not even willing to explain . i remember one of my early day at positive bookkeeping i deleted the backups that we had to use for a certain company ....my boss shouted at me and felt like taking my bag and go but i told myself that ill stay and ill never do that mistake again .that' s when i started to focus more and willing to learn.

Cons: putting more work less Family
