Pay well,employee morale lacks

Great pay but the environment can be stressing. Colleagues are not allowed to bond.Employees are not uplifted. Penalized for taking leave more than 6 times. So in other words you cannot take leave for dr appointments or one day errands. You are forced to take leave once or below 6 events. Oh and your sick leave also forms part of an event , so watch out you cannot fall sick.

Pros: Pay is decent
Cons: no opportunity for growth. Not a healthy environment to work in.

Great experience

Qualified petrol, diesel tech, advanced technician, diagnostics, engine assembly, standby technician, constant interaction with customers, handling walk in customers, checking vehicles which are walk ins,acting foreman at previous employer when required, plenty experienced with all types of vehicle, submitting technical reports, extensive diagnostics...

Pros: Fantastic vehicles
Cons: Difficult customer base
