No growth within company, employees are not treated equally and fairly, broken promises

It was horrible working in the company, low salaries for 12 hour shift's, no increases on the salaries, no bonuses at the end of the year and you have to walk on egg shells around the owner and management

Excellent condition

I have learnt to work with others as a team player. My colleagues have thought me how to approach problems at work. I have experienced alot of challenges and have learned to deal with them. Working under and environment with different personalities has thought me alot and how to deal with different characters. I am experienced in dealing with different types of customers internal and external.

Excellent learning curve

I am a quick learner and very intelligent. I am a team leader and work very well with other employees. I can handle pressure and I can work long hours. I excell in everything that I do. I am very outspoken and enjoy working with customers
