I am equipped to function at any level withing Human Resources management following my exoerience

POPCRU as a tradd Uninion has equiped me with vast experience in variousvexpertise withing its strategic objectives. It represents three sectors, i.e SAPS, Corectional Services as well as Traffic Department. I enjoy working with staff nationally and i have grate working relationship with them as well as with Office bearers. I enjoy driving ts strategic objectives , revuewing as well as implementation. You will notice that i execute almost all ectivities due to the lean size of the organization. I am HR generalist in a nutshell

Pros: i am always striving to climbe the ladder to the highest point following my vast experience withing the organization
Cons: trade union sometimes requires long working. hours during management and coordination of events in accordance with its planned annual calender

Great team work

Great entry opportunity, acquiring skills, great team work. Good communication, easy channels of reaching superiors, employer shows appreciation once in a while, development and training opportunities offered

Excellent learning curve

I've worked in the Collective Bargaining Department ,a deparment that negotiate salaries of public servants and I'm charge of drafting policies . My line of duty is to liase with provinces and members in giving feedback to meetings from Councils and running the department in the absence of negotiators when there are queries and making sure that everything in the department is up to date and there's no backlog in our daily work. I also do Personnel assistance duties to our political heads for their traveling and administration of their work . And preparing documents for meetings and sessions .

Pros: no growth at all
Cons: long working hours especially when there's a fuction
