I'm confident and friendly nature is essential because you have to deal with parents face to face to ask about our institution, some have to register for their children. You have to give relevant information.Distribution of mail, faxing, capturing marks , capturing leave forms. Answering telephone, to take messages for the educators. diarise meeting for the staff and Principal taking minutes when there is a staff meeting. Welcoming visitors.Ordering stationary for the staff and learners . Taking care of petty cash. Making sure that the educators attend their monthly meeting, per subjects. The most challenging aspects of the job, was when parents coming to complain about their children being given corporal punishment. They will be angry at the educators and making a lot of noise at the reception area. I had to intervene and calm the parents. i need to be professional.My relationship with co-workers was excellent

Excellent learning curve.

I had a strong comunication skills.Im a bubbly person.Im a friendly person by nature.My 15 yrs of experience as a receptionist.Will be of great advantage to your company.I always remain ,calmwhen parents came to complain about the educators.I enjoyed mostly answering the telephone,you always have to smile and the most important thing is to call the person by their names.I mostly enjoyed capturing the new learners on the computer.It was challenging,i had passion for the job.And typing question papers during the exam.We have to print reports and issue them to the relevant educators.And i was also dealing with petty cash.I also make bookings for the staff who are attending meetings .I also distribute mail and faxes to the televent indivisuals.I loved working with people.
