I am a go getter and believe that teams win championships

I am enthusiastic and hardworking. As a committed Christian I uphold very high morals my values being: respect, integrity, loyalty and trust. My passion is to develop others with the wealth of knowledge I have acquired over the past 20 years working in various position in the Packaging industry (HDPE and PET bottles, Cartons, Pallets (Plastic and Wood). I have experience working with the following systems implementing, monitoring the HACCP System, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22 000 and PAS 223, ISO 18001, 14001, ISO 17025 and handling of Internal and External audits. I have been exposed to Production, QC Laboratory, Raw Material Stores, Finished Goods Warehouse, High Risk areas, Workshop, Auditing, HR, Finance, Training and Management. I have great attitude, team-player who is also capable of working individually and sharing my experience. I believe in being a valuable asset to any company through my hard work, dedication and discipline.

Good place

polyoak is a good company because they grow everyone who wants to grow and give everyone some training and giving people a chance to apply for new posts and if the company is doing good they buy lunch for everyone. And i've learned lot of things at polyoak to day im a QC because of them they trained me, but you need to be a hard worker so that you will get opportunities like this one, because it is very challenging to be a QC cuase you deal with different problems everyday and every shift.

Good learning

Hectic job but ok. We are one of a few companies that have a good work culture, people are happy. We pride ourselves with the quality of our work and the workmanship

I have learnt lots things, how to work on running machinery, producing quality at all times

and then to wrk under pressure even though technicans instructs you to do so.i worked there so many days without any complaint.....there is also polyoak business school where they teach us about what to do while in a pplant.they taught us about conflict resolution.again how to rate a polyoak as a best company pyt ltd...world wwide.good house keeping while entering the plant before you knock off while you are at home and electricity,how to save energy etc
