My learning experience
I firstly would like to thank the company for affording me this opportunity to apply for this position. I basically see to the outbound operations of the dispatch division. I plan all our local deliveries for our entire fleet as per our customer requirements. This is a very highly pressured area of responsibility because of the demands of customers (JIT system). I have a very well balanced relationship with staff in my division as well as others within the company. It practice the tight/loose management style and finding the correct balance, is key. My logistics experience includes extensive practical knowledge of the transport and distribution to our customers (both internal and external) as well as the importance of stock accuracy. I strife under pressure and enjoy every aspect of my work.

Excellent learning curve I gained valuable experience.
Very busy environment. Excellent experience gained in Sales Reporting, sales forecasting. Working with customer contracts, managing customer rebates and customer rental and hire purchase agreements. Monitoring machine installation. Working closely with debtors. Completing various journal entries to ensure income and expenditure are processed in the correct period. Confirm correctness of all entries process by comparing budget to actual and reasonablity testing. Processing for branches in RSA and Zimbabwe. Responsible for petty cash Processing invoices and credit notes for the technical division. Intercompany charge outs and receivables Building excellent relationships with internal and external customers.

Hard workng person,reliably and alwys in time.and i hav ability to work under pressure
Working at my company i gained experience of workng in the warehouse, forklift driver,in plant as packer nd material controller.and also in supply chain whr I was doing receive.day by day the job is challenging more special where you hav to count stock nd stock doesn't match or correspond.and is much there is challenging at the same time i gained experience.
Pros: for me it is great privilege to work such bigger company with lots of department where we can gained a lot of experience

Excellent learning curve
At polyoak it great peple are friendly and always happy as the company always see to they staff by rewarding them for the excellent services to cudtomers or should staff work over time they get rewards with pick n pay shopping voucher.Polyoak Packaging have customer services day that the day we all get KFC lunches and drinks.I enjoy working as a admin clerk as this is my passion .Im happy in my work as I am very organise. I like data capturing, filing .faxing.answering calls in a proffessional manner, transfering calls, helping customers with orders.Helping couriers at front desk.And always smiling and being friendly.

This company has provided an excellent stepping stone in my career
A typical manufacturing company that gad it's busy days and quiet days. Upon arrival, an inspection around machines to check all are operating normal. Review maintenance technicians hand over forms for any maintenance that needs attention or has been done. Check if all common spares are stocked. Then just monitor machines. All co worker's are helpful. I enjoy working on breakdowns and projects. The most challenging task is to meet up with deadlines and keep well within budget.
Pros: Gain a alot of experience from different area's
Cons: long hours are required at times.

Excellent learning curve
Planned maintenance is done durinng the day. We all share information. The most challanging aspect is to be in the plant and also do some office work at the same time.

Growing
A typical day starts with planning and discussing the days tasks. I have learnt to pursue a world class service on the service I provide in the company I work at. I have also sharpened my people skills as I am dealing with service providers or suppliers daily I enjoy solving problems to improve the engineering solution in the plant. I have developed a good relationship with coworkers and we function well in a trusting environment. The challenging aspect is a bit of race issue which quite subtle but it exist. Also the managing partly of people who don't recognize me as senior because I found them already working for the company

Good learning environment
every day is a new challenge, there is always new and unusual problem to fault find, it teaches you how to think out of the box, and to define your skills. it also helps you to redefine your own weakness and helps you to overcome them by learning, watching and listening.at the end of every day you leave,you know you have learnt something new and gives you satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
