Great environment to learn
Our daily duty is to manage files, answer phone calls, answer clients queries and direct them to responsible people as well as acting on-behalf of our supervisors. We articulates some duties in team. I have learnt to work under pressure and in isolation. I enjoy assisting and engaging with clients. the most challenging aspect of the job is to deal with furious client who is adamant.

Excellent learning
We worked as a team of 10 people per shirt. Working 8 for eight hours per day. It was a great experience because l have learned a lot and I still want to have more experience from other companies.

Am a wastewater process controller
am working day shift and night shift.so at night I work long huors but day shift am working less hours.the relationship between my co-workers is very excellent since we have to work as a team.What I learned that at my work place is that life outside the working environment is totally different because at the working place you have to indulge yourself into:team spirit,loyality,intergrity and respect. i normally prefer day shift than night shift.the most challenge thing at wastewater treatment plant is long walking distances.

Very professional and outstanding services
Wi worked at polokwane municipality from 2012 to 2019 where my I was on the contract, as a data capturer, I worked also as enquiry clerk whereby I had to deal with day today customer quiries and make sure I do follow up polokwane municipality was the best platform to help success especially for young people like me, it was unfortunate that my contract ended o

New exprience and hard working enviroment that the city needs service delivery
what is challenging at my job is that sometimes things are needed urgently and you fail to make them happen because there is too many people signature that is needed and if one fails to deliver service the whole section has failed people tend to control themeselves knocking and arriving late at work they take abnormal lunches but i have also learnt a lot because they also funded my courses everyday we come across change in our enviroment
