Excellent learning curve

Managing of sales staff and cashiers. Dealing with customer complaints and queries. Administration duties. I enjoy dealing with customers and always manage to build excellent relationships. I have learnt alot

Poco closed down last year but im still with the JD group.Ive Always have a good relationship with my co workers.ive been in retail very long and everywhere ive worked ivr learned more and more to do better at my job.I enjoy working with people.

Pros: Growth opportunity and a very good work environment.
Cons: The location Poco.was situated was not yhe best so making sales was abit hard because we were not that busy.

I am a Friendly and Hard Working Person that do my best all the time

I love working by Poco, we work like a familey together. Working in my department in bedding , was hard work. Working with my Co worker everyday was good, we both work very hard. I learned that when you work hard , you get more out. I enjoy to work with my customers and new customers. The most challenging aspect is to make my target every month, and working for your goal. We had a very good Floor and Branch Manager.

Excellent

I am a vibrant young man, who is a trustworthy and honest individual. I believe myself to be a people`s person, someone who works well with others and respects everyone`s opinions . I also strongly believe that any task should be approached with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. Lastly I also firmly believe in presenting myself in a sincere friendliness professional manner accompanied.

A struggling company

very quiet work days due to very few customers. Employee relations are very good, everyone tries to help each other on store level. Lack of competent management decisions make it difficult on store level employees.

Pros: Good inter-employee relations
Cons: Long working hours, no benefits to working at Poco
