What enjoyed it the most interact with different customers and their emotions on a daily base!great learning programs,opportunities for groups within the company,great leadership and professional senior management

Pros: Everyone gets fair opportunity to gain promotion through hard work,my previous experience is that i never had a chance to my social life because I was always at work.
Cons: 40 to 48hours a week

Not a good corporate culture

run the whole store from receiving to tills. You basically manger the total store with a few managers not all competent enough to adds value to the company. Their are to favorites from senior managements this sad as its still not balanced as you would find people put in position for incorrect reason and for personal gain. There is a circle and its simple if you different and the boss dont like you , you out . There is a diffident problem with senior management in pnp eastern cape.

Multi-skilled and also multitask

I'm active hard worker willing to learn well motivated does the minimum standards code change rules and dealing with damage and shrink and the most challenging and there's work is to bring the customer in the store a hard worker multi skills active learning fast knows the minimum standards and hygiene and making a profit 7 minute roll call chains

Pros: Is the fight against with our opponent or oppositions to bring the customer into our stores to put all the line that is on promotion in front of the store
Cons: to make the business growing on retailer to work long hours

Oppertunity for growth and to improve skills.

To work in this type of industry I'm facing a lot of challenges with a versatile group of people and different personalities. To be respectful to peers and colleagues and to build strong working relationship to produce or reach deadlines successfully for the sake of the Company. What I enjoy most is by giving positive energy to post the daily performance. Learning to stay calm and be focussed in a pressured environment avoids chaos.

I have a good relationship with co-workersand I have learned more things on my previous working company like how to treat customers ,and handling a rude customers, and also solving problems. I love helping customers and what I enjoy most is when customers recognising me and leaving the shop happily
