A good learning curve especially on different technologies used in the IT software development

A typical workday is a day that i contribute productively with the skills i have in business analysis and management to the everyday operations of the organization. A day that i learn and improve myself is also a good typical workday because i do a lot of self study. The relationship at work is good and its helped by us been the sub office and we are a team of 9 so its easier to interact and work collectively to produce the desired results. Since starting my role here i have acquired new skills mostly in Oracle SQL data modeler and improved my JAD sessions facilitation skills and i am able to take more responsibility in my work and also transfer skills to other junior staff that assist me. I enjoy the brainstorming sessions we have as my co-workers are all very intelligent in what they do and this helps me continue learning everyday and helps me improve . Challenges i have faced include resistance of change from fellow colleagues and clients

Pros: It was a good learning curve to experience the working environment in private sector
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Fast paced

Professional Mobile Mapping is a fast growing com9any working mainly with governments bodies. My daily duties consists of emails, orders, writing proposals, creating presentations and reports. Comunication with governments officials and business partners. I have grown in office skills and presentation and love everything I do
