A very good team player

We are doing maintenance on Earthmoving Equipment Building Buckets Building cabs Welding on Buckets aswell as wear plates Mostly Co2 welding on all the jobs We also work on crushers and doing all work on it Welding of structural designs

Pros: That there's are always new challenges
Cons: We work a lot of overtime on the machines that needs to get back to work on the mine sites

It has been a great learning experience

It is a great environment to work in and great opportunity to learn new things, I enjoy the interactions with the learners as well as coworkers. I have the opportunity to work in 3 different departments since starting at the company meaning I have gained a lot of experience with different work. There aren't many promotion opportunities at the company.

Pros: Great for skills development
Cons: Not much opportunity for growth within the company
