Pmi Reviews

Beginners Luck

PMI is a very small environment, feels like a second home because everyone knows one another and for me that is important. It has been a great stepping stone into the job market as i was hired straight from university, although you learn as you go along the challenge has been great and I've overcome many obstacles, from dealing with Facilitators and clients. It has not always been an easy journey because there are too many people involved. On a day to day basis if there are no classes running it's mainly admin work and sorting of learner folders etc. The most challenging aspect is definitely juggling over 500 learners, making sure they registered, remembering when to order material, when to book a facilitator. Biggest problem is losing track of schedules, it sets the project back.

Pros: Dealing with affluent clients.
Cons: No growth, promotion etc.

Pro-active and flexibility, I pay attention to details

Working in a Company its a good thing, but challenging because you meet new people almost everyday . There is lot of pressure working in a company because there are target to be met and investors to impress. Working at the Company has a good thing of grooming people and teaching people to b responsible.

We are getting along with my colleagues and we never had any misunderstanding

I have learnt that if you want to achieve something you must respect one another and never criticize anyone . I enjoy meeting with new people and talking with them that gives me a chance to experience things better. The most challenging thing was working learners who are having the disability but at the end it taught me that they are the same with other people they just need love and support.

Pros: Supervisor
Cons: I am willing to work long hours

Challenge with working at PMI

Job is challenging as management doesnt always listen to your views. Change is hardly implemented. Course material is difficult to work with. I do not get paid for the amount of work and sacrifice that i put in .

Pros: working hours
Cons: rate being paid

I like my job a lot . and i like working under pressure.

I enjoy working with my co-workers a lot. I have learnt that working as a tem make thing easier . I enjoy working with disability people that gave me the opportunity to know them better and to be patient at all times. The most challenge is to come across with difficult clients over the phone .

Pros: OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION
Cons: WORKING LONG HOURS
