Excellent costomer care

I am very good at talking to customer and we were working all 5 working days in a week then it was up to me if i want to go an extra mile then i will also come on Saturdays,and i have also learnt to work under pressure and still continue with day normally. i love meeting new charectors every day also to know how to treat them.

Pros: great oppotunity that i will be granted

Learning and gaining work experience

I am in a learnership of Municipal finance management, we always work in groups of 6-8 people and do presentations once a week. The system of working in teams teaches us to be able to tolerate each others differences and understand each other. It also enhances our comunications skills and interelatedness.

Pros: Increases chances of being employable
Cons: lack of practicals
