It is a great learning path

Plus94 Research is a very good opportunity for learning and experience. It encourages hard work by always setting difficult targets and basing the salary on the work done.I really have a good time traveling and interviewing the respondents and the part I enjoy most is dealing with the most difficult ones

Pros: It is a great opportunity to interact with different types of people and traveling all over the country
Cons: It has long working hours and overtime, No time I rest. Having to handle difficult respondents on the field and on the call center

Excellent opportunity to understand research from various industries

My day to day job is to mentor new capturers many of whom have very little working experience. It is fulfilling to see them grasp the concepts of what the outcome of our job will result in for our clients.

Good learning curve

I am working for almost 2 years now as call center agent and the reason why I love my work is to connect with different people,learning New things everyday.the most challenging part is when we do field work where we are expected to approach peaople and ask them about their banking experience.

Interpersonal skills development

At Plus94 having to deal with different people from different backgrounds, cultures, age, sexual orientation and so forth thought me how to effectively communicate with others who I interact with on a daily basis. My interpersonal skills have been sharpened by that fact that I know understand how to better interact with different people by respecting thier customers, believes and norms.

Excellent

Working under a lot of pressure to reach the target we work as a team because we didn't finish the target we had to cover for our co-worker. I learnt how to manage time and i enjoy team work and sharing ideas. My challenge is to work every day in order to reach the companies target.

We working on targets as a team the relationship is good with the cor-workers because if one of us didn't manage to finish we had to help so that we can be able to reach target and i learn how to work hand in hand and i enjoyed team buildings after every project is done,challenges is that i faced was to work extra mile in order to achieve good results!.

Getting to know different kind of characters of persons you work with.

Working for plus 94 made realize what to expect in life I het to know how to communicate with the next person in terms of how to deal with a situation that you in and how to get to a salutation, and it also made me realize the importance of being a good listener to the next person.
