A fun ride, Challenging, and learning curve

Working at Pluritone is fun and really exciting due to some milestones we've achieved. My typical work day is based on hourly goals; I can spend a full hour checking on deliverables and follow ups, I can spend an hour making calls looking for leads, getting on social media such as Fabook as well to find leads, schedule meeting, attend meetings for business consultations. I make it a mission to have a good relationship with my co-workers, using my people skills makes it easy to get the work done when there are challenges, delays or even misunderstanding.What I enjoy the most is the youth atmosphere, being so young and achieving great thing as we have makes room for more great achievements and push us individually to learn more. The Most challenging part of the Job is getting leads. I've learned to always plan my day and evaluate my achievements. Stay positive at all time and be a problem solver, clients can be very frustrating and demanding.

Great learning curves for in the technological aspects of design

I start my day at 8:10am, gets in check my list of task for the week and how far I am with each task, make a list of task to complete for the day. I check my emails to see if I have feedbacks from different clients. I start working on my tasks roughly around 8:30am, I check on my team around 10:00am to see how far they are with their tasks and what I can help with. I take my lunch at my desk while still working, I rarely go out for lunch. I leave the office around 6 or 7pm as with the day winding down, I find that I focus more around 3, 4, and 5:00pm, so I give my best around those times.

Pros: I got to learn a lot, I learned how to overcome my fear, I learned to tackle tasks that I don't know how to do and see them as a challenge to get to learn them.
Cons: I am starting to fill boxed in
