I understand that a driver’s work does end at just driving the vehicle but there are other tasks that he has to perform. Great Learning curve
Excellent learning experience on a not so common field , a lot learnt and a lot of skills obtained since I've joined the company . Formed permanent friendships with colleagues and managers. It was however a very high pressure job which brought a bit of excitement and adrenaline as well

Willing to learn and grow with a Company
I am hard working, mostly i know that is about what at least 100% states to do on a review like this. But starting in a Company and to see where it was and to how it has grown is a learning progress itself and by knowing you have been a big part of that is a prize alone that you cannot explain is so little words. I want to learn within a company. Grow from the roots to the branches reaching out. I start my day with a stock perpetual of high value stock items i then move forward to my daily planner of what customers needs feedback on quotes, delivery or collections. Handling customer calls and giving assistance as to product knowledge, insurance geysers, ordering stock, arranging deliveries, giving quotes. Checking and receiving stock. Running reports and checking for any descrepancies. When my manager is not at work i do all the duties and handling the responsibilities.
Pros: I have learnt a big deal
Cons: The oppertunity i want to grown in is not available to me

There is room for growth as they always teach us new things that grooms us for senior positions
On a daily basis the first thing we do when we get to work is to do a stock count on high value items like copper tubes, pressure valves, this is to minimize shortages of stock, prevent theft. Thereafter we help customers to pick the right stock, take calls and also to ensure that the shop is clean and stock is in the right place. We get along very much with my colleagues because we emphasize teamwork a lot so that work can be easily done. This job has taught me people management because every single day we meet different people with different personalities and each one of them needs to be treated well and fairly. It has also taught me patience and attention to details. I love the fact that everyday I learn a new thing and also working with people from different backgrounds makes me excited because I also get to share about my background as well. The job can be challenging especially when it comes to lifting heavy things like geysers and cutting pipes and also dealing with difficult customers.

Fast learner, hard worker, success driven
a typical work day is telesales selling to walk in in customer organizing deliveries for clients, keeping record of customers by calling them for stock requirements opening accounts for purchasing goods, relationship is good even thou we argue now and then, building each others skills is a positive Ive learnt to have patience, Ive learnt to understand a situation before replying, Ive learnt team building, Ive learn using Microsoft office i enjoy the staff parties and team building activities keeping a register of your follow up with customers, arguing with a customer and then apologizing even though the customer was wrong fighting internally with your employer

Cons: working weekends no breaking up year end only taking leave

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt a lot while working at the company i have got to experience new things everyday and everyday was a learning experience for me.I am a hard worker an try to do things to the best of my ability

Great and excellent industry FMCG
I have good communication for both internal and external customers, very reliable and responsible, very productive, fast learner, good logistics arrangements skills , warehouse and distribution skills. I am a team player , project management skills, project cost and time estimation , production and planning skills, stock control, Receiving and dispatching ,imports and exports customs, freight tracking, inventory controller from receiving point of view to dispatching to the end user

No learning curves.
All my job description is about receiving stock coming into the company and packing it into their correct product bins. It's not really helpful to what I really want to do. I believe that you cannot work in an environment where you're not happy in. When you're happy with what you're doing, the mind start thinking out of the box and further and a fresh mindset comes to the table.
