Each and every day is very different

working at a HO whilst managing 11 stores (10 throughout KZN and 1 in Cape Town has presented me with some new challenges which have only served to strengthen my skills set. the vast majority of my everyday duties include investigating infringements against the company's disciplinary code - this can vary from bad customer service to theft of cash, laying of own bets, etc.- I investigate, prosecute and defend cases at CCCMA. Furthermore I manage the daily biometrics clocking system for the calculation of current salary's - all short cash draw are investigated the necessary deductions taken from the relevant payroll.

There's room for growth

The working hours are long and that makes one not to balance their social life. The salary is also not that good when measuring it by the hours worked. There are no studying opportunities,and there are no challenges we do the same thing everyday.
