Excellent learning curve

My background includes a BSc (Honours) in Environmental management, BSc Chemistry and Project management with seven years of relevant experience. I am registered with Institute of waste management of Southern Africa. I am registered with SACNASP as a Candidate Natural Scientist one of their requirements is that I must work in an Environmental field to be upgraded to professional Scientist, this position will help meet the requirements of SACNASP. It takes a highly organized person to be able to handle and coordinate all of the tasks that are required for each project. I also bring superb communication skills that are also quite necessary for handling vendors and ensuring a project is completed within budget and on time.

My learning

This was definitely the most challenging job ever to convince people with wide range of emotions. Nothing that i cant do but to sell to working with different races and genders defnetly helped to make me the beter seller.

Hard working ,excellent communication skills ,Persistent ,Open minded ,Grasps concepts

Working at Platinum Life (The Box Fashion) I've learnt that consistency is important , I had to work fast and in coordination with the permanent staff . I got along really well with all the employees in my division and grasped what I had to do very quickly . What I enjoyed most about the job was that I had to push myself each and every day to achieve more than I did the day before . The most challenging part about the job was when I had to offload stock of the trucks

Pros: It was my first job so I got experience in logistics as well as being paid a decent amount for the amount of work that I had to do
Cons: Amount of stock that has to be prepared differs day to day , as well as the fact that it was a temp job with no notice of when I would be finished with the job

Beautiful environment!!!

Platinum Life was one of the BEST companies I've worked for. Everyday i would go to work with a smile knowing very well it'll make me to do more sales. My colleagues were like family to me until i noticed that there was no growth despite of making more commission. In life i had to be disciplined to produce more numbers. I had to sacrifice more time practicing on pitches. The most I've enjoyed about my previous job was MAKING MORE SALES!!! and IT'S REWARDS!!!!. I FEAR NOT making my daily target, cause i know very well it might affect my commission

Pros: Platinum Life has 4 branches. My branch was had the smallest employees therefore it made me not to see myself having growth.
Cons: 9hours Excellent!

Eye opening

Very hard-working individual and I am always up for a challenge.Have excellent telephony skills,filing,data capturing,office suite and precise with my work.Have 3 years in office admin,1year experience as a data capturer,4years experience as a Quality controller, a years experience as an Orders clerk and few months as a sales consultant for a busy call centre.

Pros: Always looking eager to work-motivational

Great chance's of promotion/ growth

Start work at 7oclock.. Briefing of how we operated the previous day. If one struggling we'll come up with ways of helping tthem in order to reach our set target. I've learnt it's good to be a team player as many brains help each other. I mostly enjoyed getting incentives as they motivate one to push even harder. Most challenging is when we're not that productive due to getting recycled leads. Customers refusing the product..

Pros: When able to reach target in less that 3 months one gets promoted
Cons: There are long hours but only once/twice a month. We call them marathon days, and there's lots incentives on those days.

Gained a lot of sales experience

The working hours are quite long and only earn on commission however my relationship with co-workers is beautiful there is a lot of positive energy and support. I have learnt that a positive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback can take one to places.

Had the opportunity to learn a lot about sales

good working relationship with colleagues. Long working hours earn only on commission. I have learnt that feedback and hard work can take you places. I also learnt that providing support for fellow colleagues is important.
