communicate with all stakeholders, do Marketing Strategies and organise events and meetings for Management, I check each and every member that comes to consult the Nurses and Doctors if they are active or not and I also recruit new members on daily basis, I travel a lot as far as Eastern Limb Burgersfort, and Rustenburg I have never had any accidents with the company car or my private car since 2013 when I got my drivers licence, I am very careful driver not perfect. I have learned that doing follow ups pays off as you need to make corrections and make all the members and yourself proud, for me to speak 11 languages helped me a lot as I manage to speak fluently with each and every member.

An Eye opener and a learning curve
I work for a medical Aid Scheme, it is a very challenging job because i work with people on a daily basis. The department i work in you must have self control because you will be challenged and you need to know how to remain calm and be professional at all times. I have a great relationship with my co workers, we work together as a team and it helps us to do our work accurately and deliver the service. In my work environment, i have learned, how to be patient, how to handle difficult customers / clients. What i enjoy the most about my work is the everyday adrenalin rush, it keeps you on your toes all day long. The most challenging aspects of the job is having to deal with difficult client who knows their rights as customers, but nonetheless it teaches you patience.

Very good. No open opportunity
I a good worker working alone in the office .mybsupwrvisor she is situated at the otherwise but I'm very dedicated with my work always up to date in nt taking advantage because because she once in three months. I get along with other employee very easy even our clients always willing to assist others especially the clients even if is nt part of my work as long as I'm able to assist I will assist. I get very well with my supervisor. I'm open minded, easy to adapt

Stability
i capture vendor invoices on sap, do daily cash up on an excel spreadsheet, payment allocation, payment transfer, we have a good relationship we share ideas and skills we work as a team, i have learn to sort our difference in a calm way, i enjoy the relationship we have we are family, the most challenging aspects of my job is not receiving invoices on time, it puts us in a bad position because it delays the payment and it also affect our members when it comes to receiving their medication on time

Learning curve
I m a hard worker and interested to work more HIV related,co - working i m a friendly Interested working wellness centers and want to do researches regarding HIV and AIDS

Big company with lots of employees..have good relationship with other colleagues..employees development available with opportunity for promotion but priming not recognising speciality but supportive

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL CO-WORKERS, I TRY TO MAKE EVERY DAY A JOYFULL ONE AND LOVE TO MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH. I HAVE LEARNT THAT OUR PATIENT COMES FISRT AND I ALWAYS TRY TO WALK THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEM. I ENJOY MY WORK. WE HAVE DEADLINES AT WORK AND I ALWAYS MEET THEM.

Excellent still learnig
Very busy but still nice to handle I love it Very good,I am working with really nice people I have learned alot in the time that I am working here such as doing the admin, book appointments , do teater bookings , working with the patients I enjpy that I have learned alot and still want to learn alot more People that don't have respect towards you but still you must be friendly because it's your job
