As you can see, I have had extensive vacation work experience in office environments, Administration and service industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. Passionate, caring, diligent individual self driven to succeed in any position.

Currently carry a 2.17.4 Chief safety officers appointment, I am also in charge of the Standards, Risk and compliance department, Chairman of the Health and standards committee. I previously worked as a Mine Overseer at JIC, Harmony Gold, Lon-min(Kern industrial Enterprises - 4 shafts under my responsibility) and PTM(Platinum group metals). I enjoy and accept all challenges. My worst attribute is that i do not like losing, i set my self high goals. I have excellent inter-personal relationships with all colleagues and employees.

Pros: Enjoy my work everyday, always involved in different projects and all Safety related issues. Hours of work are not a problem and i am always available if called on.
Cons: For all the work I do, whereby i am totally gratefull to have the opportunity, there is no work stability and the income is very poor. The company has gone through retrenchments over the last few months due to financial difficulties and i do not feel secure in my position

I have a good working relationship with my colleagues

The most challenging aspects of the job is working on weekends, and away from my family. I enjoy working with my team cause we have a good working relationship.

Small company, very personal. Very new project.

Interpersonal communication was informal. Processes not properly developed. Required working at the wrong levels very often. Constant recruiting of personnel made consistency in developing and entrenching systems a challenge and had to consistently be reviewed. Communication was poor between all aspects of the operation. Interpersonal relationship was good. Enjoyed that the new aspects of developing systems, policies and procedures.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow
Cons: Constant have to work at the wrong levels
