Hard worker, efficient and Loyal

My work day starts at 07h00 because we work mine shaft office hours. I have a good relationship with most of my co-workers, I have learnt quite a lot from my current company, as I have never worked on VIP Payroll before. I have also learnt a lot regarding IR related duties, CCMA and Wage Negotiations. I enjoy working with my current company and the employees as we are all career driven and easily to assist were necessary. The most challenging aspect of my job is the wage negotiation time period, with the Unions.
