Hard Worker, effiecient

My workday starts at 07h00 as we work Mine shaft business hours. I have good work relationships with most of my co-workers. I have learnt so much regarding VIP Payroll and IR related duties e.g. CCMA. I enjoy working for my company as we are all mostly career driven and there is never a hesitance to assist fellow employees where necessary. My most challenging part of my job is the Wage Negotiation time period as this is the time where we sit with the client and then with the unions.

Pros: opportunities to show my abbilities and to grow
Cons: i have learned so much about IR, HR and payroll in a very difficult working environment.
