Excellent learning experience

I had the privileged of working with a wonderful team. I've learned a lot from everyone and about the company itself. The environment was very welcoming ,we treat each other and our customers with respect and we respected each others customs and values. Yes there would be conflicts there and there but we managed to come to an understanding and compromise. Our strategy was "Team Work" and always put our customer's needs first. That made us successful in everything we did. I loved my job for the fact that each day would come with a new challenge and the fact that I would pass the challenge was very fulfilling to me. My manager was the best, he was approachable and very hands on. He was the type of leader that knew and understand team work. He was very easy to work with. It's so unfortunate that the company had to be relocated to Durban and most of us could not relocate due to certain reasons.

Excellent inner growth

It was a very pleasant place to be,its very inspiring in such a way u always look up to wake up in the morning to go to work.it was a very busy factory with lots of people who differ in opinions and focus of cause.tolerance was a very high and crucial thing in my work place.had a very good relationship with my coworkers,learnt lot about team work , hard work and to tolerate each other.I learnt about how important customers are,learnt about supervision and not to limit yourself in anything u do ,I learnt to go an extra mile for what my job requires also dedication was one of the things i learnt,Respect and good listening skills.I really enjoyed producing good quality and making my customers happy by all means.Enjoyed when we worked smart to produce best quality and reaching our target.what i found challenging was when we got customer complains but I turned that to be a stepping stone to do much better next time.

Pros: I'm a hard worker ,I'll strive my way up to get any promotion
Cons: Not getting leave days

Operations champion

I have been working with the company for the past 3 years where, I joined the company to drive operations plan for the group at the Plastop site. My everyday work is checking the KPI and report to management, do root cause analysis on KPI below target. streamline processes and create SOPs and ensured adherence to them. I work with all department from production, quality and warehousing. In these department I ensure that they adhere to processes requirements. I perform monthly audit and feedback to head of department. Involved in investigation of material variances. I also conduct training .

Pros: Energetic someone who can steal people attention
Cons: working hard

I have a working experince from a big company in SOUTH AFRICA

Good day sir/madam I'm Sophie a 35 years old lady.lm a hard worker ,I have a nine years working experience in a manufacturing factory called plastop.I started working as a packer for 2years then I was promoted to the quality department a quality inspector.during my spare time I was also studying electrical engineering.the company closed down in the year 2016,thats when I decided to do another course fall arrest and basic rescue.I'll really appreciateit if I can get this job.TIA

Pros: it supplies internationally
Cons: worked ng on weekends and holidays was hectic but it was a companies procedure.

L learned perseverance

I had a good working relationship with co-workers,i learned a lot about manufacturing by not only been an employee but imagining that the company belonged to me and i would keep it afloat in this competitive industry.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: being promoted but hourly rate remains the same
