Good learning curve

It's a heavy machinery industry, started working there as an apprentice. We've worked 7 am till 5 pm and it's a busy day since its a manufacturering company. We build and maintain tail way machinery which are powered by a diesel engine and operate with hydraulic and brake system it's pneumatics. Relationship with coworkers it's good cause it's a team work to build these machines. Communication is very important to avoid accident and it's also good for success. What I've enjoyed the most is learning bout hydraulics and pneumatics those are my strong points and what I find challenging is long hours

Excellent learning

In the 11 year I have been with the company I was given all the training I required. The experiance is well deserved. The only problem is the long distance driving and non standard working hours.

Good learning curve

The company has interesting experience and it gives employees chances to attain qualifications. It has limited promotions due to its capacity. Most employees treat each other fairly good.

Excellent learning techniques

Hi my typical work day is to set my routine plans for activities for the day that is critical and non critical.My relationship with co workers is at professional level understanding peoples needs and resloving complex queries.I have learnt and gained knowledge and skills from different industries on policy and procedures. The most challenging aspects when working on a project u have a deadline to meet so that finished product is completed and delivered to your customer.

Basic pneumatic, advance and propotional hydraulics

Maintenance of track machine on hyraulics ,pnuematics ,electrical , welding ,inspection of machine while working,and mainten after work for following day. Machine refurbishment Fault finding Building new machine Service hydraulic system and pneumatics Assembly compenents of machine Engine services Replace compenents such as Tamping unit ,transmission box ,axles,motor and pumps Hydraulics and pneumatics valves
