I really enjoyed when is busy time Cause when it's busy time lot of members come at the club i enjoy chatting with them asking them how was your day and the music is very high mostly I enjoy when the music is high and there's a lot of people are I'm very friendlyI to all our members each and I know each members by names .they become very excited and happy that I know them by name what I didn't like in that company that I'm working at the management is poor they are not paying extra hours there's no bonus even when is your off day they ask you to come to work because they have some problems and they won't pay you for the hours you worked but rather that I enjoyed everything in that company and I have Lent how to deal with a difficult customer and I how to be patient and save the customers very fast and make sure that all the job is done I've learnt how to type very fast I also learnt how to communicate with others and members

Good exposure for growing people in admin
My name is thulani radebe for TUT student who did sports mangement for three years then worked at SAFA tshwane and Planetfitness justgym for a period of three years then also played proffesional football in thailand for a period of 2 years and now currently looking for a job in my chosen field. Im a hardworking individual who dedicates his energy in improving his life in the workplace and outside the workplace im driven by succes and motivated by reaching goals i have set for myself and for the business.

Good opportunity
-were team of 6 I had fun working with them let me say literally we did everything together even lunch What I learned not everyone knows everything I get to learn alot from my team -most challenging reaching club target every month it was challenging but we worked hard as team -what I liked the most it's doing outreach with team

I,m extremely experienced in reception.
Greetings to whom this may concern I'm interested and qualified for this given requirements, I'm currently working as a receptionist at a Gym, as well as second in command in reception. I'm keen to learn what i do not know and what is expected of me, I do administration when help is needed from me. I'm a fast learner and quick thinker when it comes to my duties that has to be done or whatever is asked of me. Attended sales training for a month, very good n shaprpend with selling
Very pationate n fast learner always willing to learn more, hard worker and I have alot of experience in sales also my previous experience in driving, time keeper and a motivator also love working around people

Good learning curve
I have been working as Receptionist Assistant adminstractor responsible for daily incoming calls daily accessing members with their access card solving members queries with call centre driving Sales team to reach target monthly , Doing banking for the company managing KPI 's and our performance management.I was one the team members to encourage my co-workers to so sales we have a good relationship with my colleagues .I enjoyed to help solve queries of our members give them that extra customer service was excellent

Great teamwork and structure
Amazing as I get to assist clients on a regular basis and I deal with walk ins and appointment as well as a lot of promotion work or campaign that we do regarding the gym and membership fee it entailed a lot of enthusiasm energetic and outspoken person to do the job well it has its own challenges however you get yo outgrown them daily or with time. The would be timed or days where we train using equipments just to test drive what you are selling and promoting. I would assist with new recruits over the weekend when the manager is not around or his off duty that would give me time too recap back as well to remind myself of the script and other promo we have.

New experience and improvement of listening skills
I deal with solving and auctioning queries from Call center and leasing with club managers. I have to inter act with call center Agents and Club General Manager, and we have a good relationship where we disagree to agree for the benefit of the members and the company. I learned to be patient and be a good listener. I enjoy cancellation of contracts and solving member queries. the most challenging part is month-end when member pay settlement fees and have to be cancelled before debit order run.
